Britspace Modular Buildings built the 100 bedrooms for Days Inn Wakefield in our factory in 45 days.

Modular construction was the best commercial choice due to speed of build, high quality and guaranteed programme.

The bedrooms were delivered to site fully furnished, decorated and complete with en-suite facilities and then craned into position. Each module compromises of two bedrooms with a corridor in between.

Because the bedrooms were finished offsite in our factory, once installed they were ready for occupation thereby offering the hotel immediate revenue generation.
