Britspace Modular Buildings is working closely with The Christie Hospital to provide a new clinical trials building for the pioneering hospital.

As one of Europe’s leading cancer centres, treating over 40,000 patients a year, the hospital was in need of the new medical facility as part of the £35m re-development of their patient treatment centres.

The clinical trials facility consists of 22 steel-frame modules, manufactured offsite in Britspace’s modern, purpose built facilities. With a large majority of the fit-out and finishes being completed in the factory, Britspace was able to offer a significantly reduced programme compared to that of traditional construction.

The experienced Britspace construction site team prepared the site whilst the health facility was being manufactured.
