The cells were produced in our off-site factory at a rate of 40+ per week enabling Britspace to guarantee an overall programme of 28 weeks from design freeze through to completion.

The Ministry of Justice awarded Britspace the contract due to the ability to respond immediately to the high demand for prison places along with an extremely rapid programme to a guaranteed cost.

Britspace has also completed custodial projects for the Ministry of Justice at HMP Kirklevington, HMP Blundeston and is now currently building further cell houseblocks and ancillary buildings at HMP Wealstun and HMP Littlehey.
